1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — The uno189 website at https://uno189.app and all sub-pages, services, games, sportsbook markets, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Account" — The personal registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" / "User" — Any natural person who has registered, or is attempting to register, an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" — The total IDR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Player using their own financial resources via supported Indonesian payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" — Promotional credits issued by the Platform subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total IDR amount a Player must wager before Bonus Balance or bonus winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before processing withdrawals or as requested by the Platform at any time.
• "Restricted Activities" — Actions expressly prohibited by this Agreement, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and fraudulent conduct.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements are denominated on the Platform.
• "WIB" — Waktu Indonesia Barat (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7), the reference time zone for all time-sensitive Platform communications and deadlines.

2 Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Use of the uno189 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not met.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia and that doing so does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You confirm that you are not under any guardianship, curatorship, or court order that restricts your ability to engage in financial transactions.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — constitutes a Restricted Activity and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You confirm that you are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of uno189 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Platform features — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate at all times.
• Your chosen username does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and is not obscene, offensive, or misleading.
• You will keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, except where such activity results directly from our negligence or willful misconduct.

3.1 Account Security

You must notify uno189 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your login credentials have been compromised. The Platform offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via authenticator app and SMS; Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their Account. uno189 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.

3.2 One Account Per Household

Where multiple members of the same household wish to maintain Accounts, each individual must register independently using their own unique personal details, payment methods, and device. Shared IP addresses within the same household are permitted provided each Account belongs to a distinct eligible individual. Suspected household multi-accounting may trigger enhanced KYC review.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

uno189 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer program in accordance with its international licensing obligations and responsible gaming commitments. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at the Platform's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM) — must be valid, government-issued, and show your full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your full name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to make deposits, confirming that the account is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In cases where deposit volumes trigger enhanced due-diligence thresholds, we may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of the funds deposited.

4.2 Verification Timeframes

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. During any pending KYC review, deposit functionality remains active but withdrawal processing will be held until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the initial request may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uno189 supports IDR deposits and withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian payment channels. Accepted methods include local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) and digital e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). International credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be accepted at the Platform's discretion for deposit only.

5.2 Deposit Processing

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (or as indicated on the deposit page at the time of transaction).
• Bank transfer deposits are credited to your Account Balance within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB on business days).
• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited within 1–5 minutes, available 24/7.
• Deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed if detected.
• uno189 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 (or as indicated on the withdrawal page at the time of request).
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, ensuring compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 3 hours following KYC clearance and internal verification.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance windows or outside bank operating hours may be queued and processed on the next available processing cycle.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

uno189 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day on 17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available exclusively to registered Players who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 30x) of the bonus amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the full wagering requirement is met, the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it cannot be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). • Bonus Expiry: Bonus Balance and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it detects or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation by groups of Players. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole and final discretion of uno189.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from Bonus Balance winnings is capped at 10x the bonus value received.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup), MotoGP (Mandalika), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are offered at odds determined by the Platform's professional trading team. Bandar bola (football wagering) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and in-play markets are subject to additional specific rules published within the Sportsbook section. The Platform reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at amended odds where it determines that an error, data feed failure, or force majeure event has materially affected pricing.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming under that provider's rules and procedures. The Platform incorporates the provider's official game rules by reference. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the provider's recorded server data; the Platform accepts no liability for disconnections arising from a Player's internet service.

7.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and other certified providers — use certified random number generation. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not represent a guaranteed return on any individual session or wager. 7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

8 Responsible Gaming

uno189 is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. This Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set via Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

uno189 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Multi-accounting or systematic bonus abuse as determined at the Platform's sole discretion.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player with their bank or payment provider without prior notification to uno189 support.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance, bonus winnings, and funds derived from Restricted Activities will be forfeited. Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any forfeited amounts will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days, provided no outstanding disputes or legal holds exist.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the uno189 Platform — including but not limited to the uno189 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of uno189 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from uno189.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uno189, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory action.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by Player hardware, software, or internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, and others) regarding game outcomes, RTP, or technical malfunctions within their systems.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the uno189 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. In summary, uno189 collects personal data for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

13 Amendments

uno189 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and return of any Real Money Balance.

14 Governing Law & Contact

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uno189 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to the uno189 customer support team for good-faith resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. You retain any rights granted to you under mandatory consumer protection provisions of Indonesian law that cannot be excluded by contract.
